The hotel is located in a calm area, making it a nice place for families to stay. the pool facilities are accessible and spacious. the rooms are generally spacious, with a large closet and necessary amenities. Some staff members were helpful.

The hotel has certain drawbacks, with some rules being stated upon arrival.

We have stayed at the hotel previously and returned this time with our daughter becasue we had such a fine time last time!

Staff was very kind and tried to meet our needs as much as possible. We had to check out early and the staff were kind enough to prepare our breakfast in our room in advance the night before.

It would be better if a hair dryer was available even for rental. Reception was open until 8pm only so there is need to let them know in advance for someone to come meet you at time of your arrival if later than that time. We messaged them in advance and was comfortable until we found out no one was there when we arrived and my husband got very furious, but glad a nice lady came about 10 min late, thank goodness. Since the location is apart from the main city area, I got kind of worried at first, but the rest of stay was perfect.

The hotel had a great pool and sun loungers, perfect for a relaxing day. The apartment was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchenette, which was handy for cooking. the location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops.

The apartment was not very clean, and we found some dead bugs in the kitchen, which was a bit unpleasant. The Wi-Fi was only available in the reception area, which was an inconvenience.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel facilities were great - two pools, one for small children, and beautiful flowering trees. The cleanliness level was impressive - the pool was carefully cleaned daily, and the room had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and gave us extra blankets and shampoo samples upon request. We also appreciated the free parking available and the hotel's location, allowing us to easily walk to this city's main attractions and restaurants.

The location was great, very close to the city center and it offered free parking which was a real advantage. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the start. Another plus was the beautiful pool area, ideal for relaxing.

The cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. We found dead insects and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Some of the furniture was old and damaged. we were quite disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.
